FAQ

1. How do I get started?

You must first have a Google Apps™ account (Google Apps™ for Business). You can then install Connector from Google Apps Marketplace™. Once successfully registered, you can log in as a Web User (i.e. a service administrator) to add new Mobile Users.

Mobile Users (smart phone users who are tracked by Web User) must download and install Connector Mobile App from the respective App Store.

Download Get Started Guide.

Yes, you can have all types of devices connected at the same time.

3. How many devices can I connect?

During the current trial period, you can connect up to 30 devices. Please write to us if you need to connect more than 30 devices. This number may change when we implement subscription based usage.

4. What is the accuracy of the location data?

The accuracy depends on several factors including the device hardware and quality of the map data used by Google Maps™ for a specific location. In general, if the GPS of your mobile phone is turned on and you are outdoor away from high rises, you can expect around 10m accuracy. If you are indoor the accuracy could vary from 50m to 300m depending on the location.
